Jeddah Central Project stands out for its strategic location and distinctive space, situated on an area of 5.7 million square metres in the centre of Jeddah. The project intends to establish a world destination, capitalising on Jeddah's geographical location on the Red Sea coast and proximity to Makkah and Madinah.
This massive project will be implemented in three major phases, the first of which will be completed by the end of 2027. A waterfront of 9.5 km, featuring a world-class marina, complemented by an exceptional 2.1 km of sandy beach on the Red Sea coast.
